To create a communications environment which enhances French food and drink products


Within the context of its action to promote French farm produce and food throughout the world, Sopexa carries out training and awareness-building seminars on French products for foreign agribusiness professionals and consumers.

These broad-based communications operations, benefiting from public funding, are aimed at:

- building a favourable context in which to promote French agribusiness products, both in France and on export markets;
- encouraging foreign consumers to make French products part of their eating habits.

For example, our company is developing:

- competitions (using French products) for chefs, pastry chefs and sommeliers in Japan, China and in Estonia.

In this context, and with its unique expertise in French products, international markets and communication, Sopexa develops communication strategies and operations focused on French "food culture" for its public partners.

Its awareness-building campaigns and training sessions focus on French food's modernity, accessibility and practicality. They encourage foreign consumers to discover and taste French products, suggesting they use them in preparing their own food, whatever culinary traditions they may have.

These operations contribute to spreading a positive image of French agribusiness, which the various sectors and producers can then build upon in their own communications campaigns.

Sopexa's role as a strategic consultant to the Public authorities


Sopexa also fulfils the role of strategic consultant to the Ministry of Agriculture and public authorities in the agribusiness sector, supporting them in their concerted development strategy for the exportation of French products, or in preventing and/or managing crises involving food.

Sopexa has been fulfilling this broad-based mission for over forty years now, under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
