Sopexa, a company "dedicated to expanding sales of farm produce and food products", was set up on January 17, 1961, under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture within the context of the 1980 law governing the future orientation of farming.

The Board


The Board represents all shareholders. It lays down the company's broad strategic objectives and sets the annual budget, following recommendations from the Chairman. It elects its Chairman and nominates Sopexa's General Manager. An Annual General Meeting is held every year to approve the accounts and decide upon any proposed changes in company status.

Our Board is currently chaired by Dominique CHARDON.
